Everything customers usually want to know about our process, pricing and products.
Do you offer a free site visit and measurement?
Measurements are free for confirmed orders only. We charge Rs.5000-7000 for initial site visits and measurements, but this fee is fully adjustable in the final invoice for confirmed orders.
How long does a kitchen or wardrobe project take?
A typical kitchen takes 3–4 weeks and a wardrobe 2–3 weeks from design approval, depending on finish and size. Door-only orders usually take 2–3 weeks. We confirm a firm schedule in your quotation.
What is the difference between solid, semi-solid and engineered doors?
Solid doors are made entirely of timber. Semi-solid doors have a solid-wood frame with engineered infill panels. Engineered doors are pressed skins (veneer, PVC or laminate) over a core. Engineered doors are the most affordable and stable; solid doors offer maximum longevity and prestige.
Which kitchen finish is best — UV High Gloss, Super Gloss or Tactile?
High Gloss is excellent value and easy to clean. Super Gloss and Swiss Ligna Gloss (SLG) have the deepest reflection. Tactile has a soft, matt, fingerprint-resistant feel. See our Kitchens page for photos of each.
Are your prices per square foot?
Doors, wardrobes and kitchens are quoted per sq ft; jambs, architraves and door stops per ft-run; and CNC work, presses and vanities per unit. Our website shows “starting from” prices; the final quote depends on finish, hardware and dimensions.
Do you take bulk or project orders?
Absolutely. We supply builders, developers, hotels, offices and housing societies. We serve Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Taxila/Wah for small projects, but for bigger projects and on a "no-installation" basis we serve the whole country.
Can you copy a design from a photo?
Yes. Send us a picture or sketch on WhatsApp and our designers will recreate it or adapt it to your dimensions and budget.
What wood do you recommend for humid or termite-prone areas?
Meranti and Dyaar (Deodar) are naturally resistant to decay and insects. For bathrooms and kitchens we recommend PVC doors and moisture-resistant boards.
Do you offer installation?
Yes. Every order includes delivery and installation by our trained team in the twin cities and Taxila. Out-of-town installation is available on request.
Do you provide a warranty?
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a workmanship warranty and after-sales support. Warranty terms are noted in your quotation.
Can I only use your CNC, panel saw or edge-banding services?
Yes. We offer CNC machining, panel-saw cutting, edge banding and hydraulic door pressing as stand-alone services for workshops and individuals.
How do I pay?
Projects are typically paid in stages: an advance to book materials, a mid-stage payment and the balance on delivery. We accept bank transfer, cheque and cash.
Can you build furniture for restaurants and hotels?
Yes — café chairs, dining sets, reception counters, bedroom suites and lobby feature walls are some of our most popular hospitality orders.
